Echo (J42) was sister to Scarlet (J50) daughter to Slick (J16).

She was born in 2007 and likely died due to complications from Contracaecum, a nematode parasite.

Her spunkiness was the quality that researchers most noticed.

As I embroidered this flag to honor her, I pictured her happily breaching, blowing and practicing her amazing skill of echolocation, which is where she got her name.
